OnePlus Pad has HDR10, HDR10+, HLG and Dolby Vision support. Content in all these formats works on the device but finding content that supports these formats can be a bit difficult. Dolby Vision is only available on Netflix. YouTube is the only app that supports HDR and offers up to 4K resolution. OnePlus also lagged behind in terms of saturation and sharpness. HDR content on this gave an SDR-like experience.

In gaming performance, the latest games could not provide a completely good experience on the device. Latest high-end games were running at low resolution. Frame drop was also seen in these. We also played some old games and picked some average games in the latest games, in which it was easy to maintain 60FPS mostly. The gaming experience would have been better if a refresh rate above 60Hz could be used. Although, it is not because of the performance, then overall its performance works well.
