The husband tied the woman’s hands and legs and shaved her hair. When she protested, the woman was also beaten up. During this time the woman’s mother-in-law was also present. The police have taken the accused husband Ram Dayal Ram, resident of Deshrajpur ward number 25, into custody. The incident took place in ward number 25 of Municipal Council Mahnar under Mahnar police station area.
There used to be disputes over small matters at home
The victim woman has alleged that she was married about 14 years ago. He has four children. Every day there used to be a dispute in the house over some issue or the other. For this reason she left home and went to work. After this, the woman’s family brought her home and a Panchayat was called to resolve and compromise this dispute.

After getting information about this incident, SDO Neeraj Kumar has also ordered investigation and action against the culprits.

The woman and her husband have been brought to the police station. Inquiries are being conducted in connection with the incident. As soon as the written application is received from the victim, an FIR will be registered and further action will be taken.
