People of this city spend maximum time on Amazon, not Delhi-Mumbai

In a new research, it has been found that the people of Bangalore city spend maximum time on Amazon. Bengaluru spends an average of 4 hours per week on Amazon. This research has been done by Cybermedia Research (CMR) which also states that people of Bangalore spend the most time shopping on Amazon as compared to other cities in India. Online shopping in Tier II and Tier I cities has been included in this research.
The research found that Tier II cities like Guwahati, Coimbatore and Lucknow have also shown a significant share in online shopping. People in these cities spend around 2 hours and 25 minutes online shopping every week. This time is 16 percent of his income.
In this research, three major triggers for online shopping have been told. These include attractive pricing, convenient returns, exchange process and great offers. All these users like it very much. Around 149 hours are spent per year on e-commerce in Riches, of which 29 per cent buy smartphones online priced between Rs 15,000 to 20,000.
Research also shows that customers from Tier II cities spend almost as much money on online shopping as users from Tier I cities. This average cost is Rs 20,100. Whereas, Rs 21,700 has been spent by Tier I buyers. The highest average cost in Mumbai is Rs 24,200. It is followed by Rs 21,600 in Nagpur and Coimbatore.
