Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the Gatishakti Cargo Terminal of Haral Plant Sindri online on Tuesday to deliver the blue coated urea of Haral Sindri to the farmers of the country through railways at a faster speed. Along with this, he will also inaugurate the forest station and forest produce system online at Pradhankhanta station.
Gatishakti cargo terminal of Sindri will be connected to Pradhankhanta station.
Giving this information, Dhanbad State Dean of Railways Rajkumar Singh held a press conference on Monday in the auditorium of Harl Technical Bhawan. Told that Haral Sindri will be connected to Pradhankhanta station by railway from two Gatishakti cargo terminals of India. With the help of this terminal, goods trains will reach their destination at high speed without any interruption. This will save time, which will not have any negative impact on the sale of urea.

Farmers of these states are getting urea
After the MoU between HRL and Railways in August 2022, Railways had dispatched the first consignment on 11 January 2023. At the speed of 50 rakes per month, about one lakh 20 thousand metric tons of urea is being made available to the farmers of Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, MP, UP and Assam through rail. During this press conference, Personnel SSE Jitendra Kumar, Commercial Inspector Pradeep Kumar Mishra etc. were present.
Goods shed is built inside Sindri Haral Plant at a cost of Rs 38.92 crores.
Told that Railways has constructed Hindustan Fertilizer Goods Shed at Haral Sindri Plant at a cost of Rs 38 crore 92 lakh. Told that in the next three years, a double line is being built from Pradhankhanta station to Sindri. With its construction, Haral Sindri will be directly connected to the freight corridor from Ludhiana to Dankuni.

Sindri Marshalling Yard station will be remodelled.
He said that arrangements for nine railway lines are being prepared by remodeling the Sindri Marshalling Yard station, the foundation stone of which was laid by the Prime Minister. The speed of Sindri Dhanbad passenger train will be increased from 65 kilometers per hour to 100 kilometers per hour.
