Toronto. Canadian private equity firm Ethical Capital Partners (ECP) has acquired MindGeek, the owner of adult entertainment platforms such as Pornhub, Brazzers and Redtube. With the backing of ECP, MindGeek said it will advance its research and adopt the latest and best available online security protocols to ensure it remains a world-class leader in trust and security and that ‘its platforms are safe and secure for adults. inclusive, sex-positive places to be.’
