Battery pack and range of Tata Punch EV
Tata Motors has introduced Punch EV in two battery packs, in which its first 25 kWh battery generates 114 Nm of peak torque at 82 PS power. At the same time, the 35 kWh battery is capable of generating peak torque of 190 Nm at 122 PS power. The company claims that the range of the car with 25 kWh battery pack on full charge can be 315 kilometers and the range of the model with 35 kWh battery pack can be around 421 kilometers.
Features and competition of Tata Punch EV
Tata Punch EV car has a 10.25-inch full digital driver display, air purifier, ventilated front seat and sunroof supporting wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity. At the same time, for the safety of the passengers, it has been provided with safety features like six airbags, 360 degree camera, electronic stability control (ESC) and electronic parking brake with auto hold. It competes with Citroen EC3 in the market. It can also be chosen as a premium option from Tata Tiago EV and MG Comet EV.
