Tata Motors signed an MoU on November 1, 2023 for supply and operation of 200 electric buses in Srinagar and Jammu for 12 years for Jammu-Srinagar Smart City projects. According to a statement issued by Tata Motors, the company has supplied the first consignment of Ultra EV air-conditioned electric buses to Srinagar Smart City Limited through the group company TML Smart City Mobility Solutions (J&K) Private Limited.
