Bihar: Patna. Patna High Court sent a team of lawyers to investigate the delay in the construction of Hajipur Chhapra four lane. The court sent government lawyer Ajay, NHAI lawyer Maurya Vijay Chandra, construction company lawyer Sidharth Prasad and NHAI official to conduct the investigation from the court itself. The court directed these people to be informed about the investigation conducted in the afternoon.
If work is done at this pace it will take years
A division bench of Chief Justice K Vinod Chandran and Justice Harish Kumar heard the petition filed by advocate Satyam Shivam Sundaram. During the hearing, Central Government’s counsel Additional Solicitor General Dr. KN Singh and Advocate General PK Shahi told the court that the work of construction of the bridge under construction on Gandak River is going on at a very slow pace. Judging by the pace at which the work is going on, it seems that it will take many years to complete the work.
On this matter, the court immediately formed an investigation team and ordered it to investigate and submit its report.

One span will be offered in the next ten days
According to the information received, the investigation team observed the ongoing construction work at Marichiya Devi Chowk. It was told that it would take two months to complete the work. Then an inspection was made of the construction work taking place near Anjanpeer Chowk. No work was seen being done there. The ROB being built near Ramashish Chowk was informed that it will be operational by 20th April. It was told that a span will be placed on the bridge being built on the Gandak River in the next ten days.
