The ex-showroom price of Tata Tigor in India starts from Rs 6.30 lakh, going up to Rs 8.95 lakh. Whereas, the price of Maruti Dezire starts from Rs 6.51 lakh, which goes up to Rs 9.39 lakh. In this case, the price of Tata Tigor is much less than Maruti Dezire by about Rs 21,000. At the same time, if we talk about the discounts available on both these cars during the festive season, Tata Motors is giving a discount of up to Rs 53,000 to the customers on the purchase of Tigor, whereas Maruti is giving only Rs 10,000 on the purchase of Dezire. Variants of Tigor-Dezire

Tata Tigor has a 1.2-litre 3-cylinder petrol engine, whose power output is 86PS per 113Nm. Along with the petrol engine, it has the option of 5-speed manual and 5-speed AMT gearbox. In this, along with petrol engine, CNG option is also available. Its CNG variant is capable of generating power of 73 PS. Only 5-speed MT gearbox is provided in the CNG model. At the same time, Maruti Dezire has a 1.2-liter DualJet petrol engine, which generates power of 90 PS and torque of 113 Nm. A 5-speed manual is standard with the engine. Apart from this, 5-speed AMT gearbox option is also available in it. Whereas, in Dezire CNG this engine generates power of 77 PS and torque of 98.5 Nm. Only 5-speed manual gearbox is provided with the CNG variant of Dezire.
Features of Tigor-Dezire
Tata Tigre has features like auto headlights, rain sensing wipers, push button start, stop, keyless entry, auto AC, 7.0 inch touchscreen infotainment system (with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity) and digital instrument cluster. At the same time, for the safety of passengers, features like dual front airbags, rear parking sensor, ABS with EBD have been provided as standard. As a new safety feature, it is now also available with TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System). At the same time, Maruti Dezire has features like cruise control, automatic LED headlamp, auto folding ORVM, push button engine start-stop and auto AC with rear AC vent. Apart from this, it also has features like 7.0 inch touchscreen infotainment system supporting Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity and 4.2 inch multi-color MID display in the instrument cluster. For the safety of passengers, features like dual front airbags, ISOFIX child seat anchor and rear parking sensor have been provided as standard in all variants. Features like electronic stability control and hill hold assist have been provided in its AMT variant.
