According to media reports, the Telangana government has offered 90 percent discount on push courts. RTC drivers will also get the benefit of this discount in challan. Along with this, 80 percent of the total challan amount for two wheeler and three wheeler vehicles is being waived. At the same time, there is a provision of 60 percent discount in the challan for light motor vehicles and other heavy motor vehicles along with trucks.

People paying the challan amount in Telangana will have to visit the traffic e-challan website. According to the report, more than two crore traffic challans have not been paid in Telangana. As of March 31, 2022, a total of 2,40,00,000 challans were pending in the state.
