Vishnu Aggarwal wants to go to China for business, seeks permission from court

Ranchi, Businessman Vishnu Aggarwal, accused in the land scam, wants to go to China for business. For this, he had sought permission from the court of Judge Rajeev Ranjan of PMLA Special Court, Ranchi. Regarding this, he had filed a permission petition in the court. The hearing on the permission petition was held on Thursday. ED sought time from the court to reply. On this the court gave time to the ED. On the other hand, during the hearing, Mr. Aggarwal’s advocate Vikrant Sinha told the court that Vishnu Aggarwal wants to go to China for business. Therefore, other formalities including their passport should be completed. On this, ED’s special public prosecutor Ramit Satyendra opposed the argument of Vishnu Aggarwal’s lawyer. He told the court that charges have to be framed against the accused in the case in which Vishnu Aggarwal is an accused. In such a situation, if Vishnu Aggarwal goes abroad, the judicial process will be affected. It is noteworthy that apart from Mr. Agarwal, there are other accused in the case including former DC of Ranchi Chhavi Ranjan, Kolkata businessman Amit Agarwal.
