37th National Games: Haryana won gold medal in fencing event, Tanishka of Karnal won the gold., Chandigarh News in Hindi

Chandigarh. The glory of Haryana, which is known as the power house of sports, is also being seen in the 37th National Games going on in Goa. Haryanvi players are bringing glory to the state by continuously winning medals. Haryana won the gold medal in the fencing event held on Monday. In the same game, players from the state won the gold medal in the team event.
Tanishka of Karnal performed excellently and gave Haryana its first gold medal in fencing. Till the time of writing the news, Haryana has a total of 45 medals in its account, which includes 18 gold, 12 silver and 15 bronze medals. A total of 2 gold and 4 bronze medals have come to Haryana’s account in fencing. Tanishka Khatri, Sheetal Dalal, Prachi Lohan and Tannu Gulia were part of the winning team in the team event.
Expressing happiness, gold medalist Tanishka Khatri said that we have received a lot of support from the Haryana government led by Chief Minister Manohar Lal. Besides, we have also got help from Haryana Fencing Association.
Praising the sports policies of Haryana Government, Tanishka Khatri said that the sports policy of the government is the best, which helps us a lot in terms of prize money as well as during practice and encourages the players. Due to the support of the government, players of the state can participate in various sports competitions, which gives them an opportunity to improve their performance.

Haryana players are continuously dominating their victories in national games. Till the time of writing the news, Haryana has a total of 45 medals in its account, which includes 18 gold, 12 silver and 15 bronze medals. So far, Haryana has won 1 silver and 1 bronze in wrestling, 1 gold in badminton, 2 gold and 4 bronze in fencing, 4 gold in netball, 1 gold in rugby, 4 gold in gymnastics, 3 silver and 4 bronze, 3 in pencak silt. Won gold, 3 silver and 2 bronze medals, 1 silver in athletics and 3 gold, 4 silver and 4 bronze medals in modern pentathlon.
