Aditi Rao Hydari and actor Siddharth have been rumored to be dating for a long time. The alleged couple has been spotted together on several occasions. Amid marriage rumours, actor Siddharth confirmed his engagement with actress Aditi Rao Hydari on Instagram. Fans and celebrities took to the comments section to congratulate and shower their blessings.

Siddharth shared a picture of the two on an Instagram post and captioned it, “She said yes! E.N.G.A.G.E.D.” One user wrote, “OFC, he’s gonna sing Unaku Thaan for her Another user wrote, “I hope Akka sings Ale Ale for you Anna.

Meanwhile, the two were often seen together in public. From AR Rahman’s daughter’s reception to attending Mani Ratnam’s PS1 event in Chennai to Sharwanand’s engagement, Sidharth and Aditi Rao Hydari have been seen together on many occasions.

Talking about the work front, Aditi Rao Hydari will be seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming series Heeramandi. The series is a historical epic and tells the story of three generations of prostitutes in the eponymous district of the pre-independence era. The upcoming series stars Sonakshi Sinha, Manisha Koirala, Sharmin Sehgal, Sanjeeda Sheikh and Richa Chadha in lead roles. The series also marks Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s first film on OTT. Heeramandi is set to premiere on OTT platform Netflix on May 1. Aditi Rao Hydari also has Gandhi Talks and Lioness in the pipeline.

Siddharth was last seen in the 2023 Tamil film Chittha. Director S.U. Arun Kumar, the film stars Nimisha Sajayan, Anjali Nair, Sahasra Shree, R. Darshan and Balaji also star S U Chittha, which tells the story of Ishwar aka Chikku, when his beloved niece goes missing, and how this emotional search tests the limits of love.
