According to a report by WABetaInfo, WhatsApp is working on a feature in which you will be able to lock not only the primary device but also the WhatsApp chats of the linked device. But for this you will have to tell him a code.

This privacy feature is already available on WhatsApp. But only for the primary device, now it will be made available for all linked devices also. The new feature is currently being tested on the beta version. Its updated version may be released in a few days.
