Arsenal on top with win over Brighton

London. Goals from Gabriel Jesus and Kai Havertz sent Arsenal back to the top of the Premier League table. They achieved a big 2–0 win over Brighton & Hove Albion.
Arsenal are playing in the Premier League for the first time this season without any changes to the team. He made a great start.
Gabriel Jesus (53′) and Kai Havertz (87′) scored goals for Arsenal. On the other hand, Brighton players did create some chances but were not successful in penetrating Arsenal’s defense.
According to Premier League reports, Saka took Arsenal’s first shot of the match, but his effort was saved by Bart Verbruggen.
Brighton suffered a blow just before the half-hour mark when defender Joel Veltman went off with a knee injury. From here the challenges for Brighton increased. But both the teams gave tough competition to each other in the initial match.
The first half remained goalless but after the break, Brighton’s tactics of playing out of defense proved costly and Arsenal finally took the lead on 53 minutes.
Arsenal almost had a second chance soon afterwards, but Ben White’s header was cleared off the line by Lewis Dunk. However, Brighton came close to equalizing towards the end of the game when a low cross from Kaoru Mitoma was met by Pascal Gross, but the German could only hit the side-netting from close range.
With three minutes remaining, Arsenal finally scored a second goal. Substitute Eddie Nketiah created the opportunity and Kai Havertz took full advantage and completed the goal.
