Dravid said this on Jadeja’s injury
Before the second Test starting on Friday, India’s head coach Rahul Dravid has shared an update on the fitness of Ravindra Jadeja. Without going into details, Dravid said that he has not yet got a chance to talk to the physio. Dravid said in the media conference after the match, ‘We will see. To be honest, I have not got a chance to talk to the physio yet. Once I come back, I will talk to him and see what the matter is.

Jadeja took five wickets in the match and also made the top score for India by scoring a brilliant 87 runs in the first innings. BCCI has mentioned the injuries of Jadeja and KL Rahul in a release, but nothing has been mentioned in detail in it either. The board said that the medical team is monitoring his progress. Dravid told the reason for defeat

So, in some ways, in India I felt we scored 80 runs less in the first innings. The second innings was always challenging. It’s one of those things, you know, it’s hard. For England, debutant Tom Hartley took seven wickets in the second innings to ensure England’s thrilling 28-run victory over India. On the other hand, vice-captain Ollie Pope played an inning of 196 runs to help England overcome the deficit of 190 runs in the first innings. The visiting team scored 420 runs in the second innings. India will now be preparing to make a comeback in the second test. There will be a lot of expectations from Mumbai batsman Sarfaraz Khan who is included in the team.
