Vazquez then scored his second international goal from seven yards out in the closing moments of the match to give the United States an equaliser. The world No. 13 USA team will now take on world No. 139 St. Kitts and Nevis on Wednesday in St. Louis. The St Kitts and Nevis team will play world number 104 Trinidad and Tobago on Sunday.
