New Delhi (Best Hindu News)- Chennai Super Kings captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni has successfully undergone knee surgery. On Thursday, Mahi underwent surgery on her left knee at a hospital in Mumbai. He was in a lot of pain this IPL season and was seen limping while keeping wickets. In such a situation, Dhoni first underwent knee surgery in the time he got after IPL.
Within 48 hours of winning the IPL trophy, he had contacted Mumbai’s renowned orthopedic doctor Dinshaw Pardiwala. He is also part of the medical panel of BCCI and has performed surgeries on many legendary cricketers. These include India’s wicket-keeper batsman Rishabh Pant.
A source close to the management of CSK told PTI on conditions of anonymity – Dhoni has undergone a successful knee surgery at Kokilaben Hospital in Mumbai on Thursday. He is fine and will be discharged in a day or two. He will rest for a few days before starting his rehabilitation. Now it looks like he will have enough time to get fit to play in the next IPL.
Please tell that Dhoni played with a bandage on his left knee in the entire season of IPL. Dhoni looked in trouble even while taking runs while batting.
