Ranchi. Today is the third day of the Ranchi Test between India and England. The first innings of the Indian team ended on 307 runs. Just before lunch, India lost its last wicket in the form of Dhruv Jurel, who played a crucial inning of 90 runs. England got a lead of 46 runs on the basis of first innings.

England, trailing 2-1 in the series, have kept their hold strong in the Ranchi Test. England were on the front foot for the first two days. From here, if Team India has to maintain its hold in the match, then the bowlers will have to show their strength.

Dhruv Jurel scored the first half-century of his international career in India’s first innings. Dhruv faced 147 balls in his innings of 90 runs. He also hit 6 fours and 4 sixes.

Thanks to Dhruv Jurel (90 runs) and in-form Yashasvi Jaiswal (73 runs), Team India added 307 runs on the score board.

Shoaib Bashir took five wickets for England. While Tom Hartley got 3 wickets and Anderson got 2 wickets.
