Bhabhua. During Navratri, people ranging from disabled to young age children are also reaching Maa Mundeshwari Dham for the darshan of Mata Rani. Neither disability is coming in the way of getting the darshan of Mata Rani, nor is tender age able to block the path to Mata’s abode. Such people are also easily completing the difficult journey of the hills with great enthusiasm. It is noteworthy that during Navratri, a huge crowd of devotees gather to have the darshan of Maa Mundeshwari, one of the oldest Shakti Peethas in the world. The Pavara hill of Maa’s place situated on the triangle starts roaring and the whole hill starts echoing with the praise of Maa. In such a situation, there is a long queue of people waiting to reach the court of Maa Bhavani, situated on a 650 feet hill. At the same time, with the help of a stick, handicapped people from eyes to legs are also paying obeisance at the feet of Mother Goddess. Whereas, old elders are also reaching the Dham with the help of sticks. The special thing is that among the visitors, children of seven to 10 years of age are also included, who are climbing the stairs of the Dham with great enthusiasm while praising the Mother Goddess. Disabled Rajendra Kumar, who met his mother in his mother’s court on Thursday, told that he is a resident of Chandauli district of Uttar Pradesh. I am disabled in one leg and can walk only with the help of a stick. I wanted to see my mother for a long time. But there was a fear that I would not be able to reach there. But, when I reached the Dham, I felt a new courage flowing within me and after bowing to the mother with the help of the stairs, I moved ahead. Whereas even if I walk such a distance, I get tired. But, I did not feel any tiredness in reaching the temple and I had the darshan of Mata Rani with great ease.
