In this regard, Abhishek Chowdhary, son of late Amitabh Chowdhary, has sent a legal notice to JSCA. In a legal notice sent in the name of JSCA Secretary Debasish Chakraborty (Pintu Da), he has strongly objected to the installation of the statue and has sought its reply within seven days.
Amitabh Chaudhary was opposed to personality worship and external ostentation
In this regard, Abhishek Chaudhary said that my father was against personality worship and external ostentation. Karma was worship for him. His integrity and dedication towards work was amazing. He believed in results. JSCA is preparing to install his statue on his death anniversary (on August 16). At whose behest JSCA is making such a plan. He said that announcing the installation of such a statue is an attempt to tarnish and tarnish his (Amitabh Chowdhary) memory.
Sent notice and also asked for information
Abhishek Chowdhary has also sought some information in the legal notice sent to the Secretary of JSCA, so that the legacy of late Amitabh Chowdhary can be kept intact. Abhishek told that crores of rupees are estimated to be spent in making the statue of Amitabh Chaudhary. In such a situation, installing his statue by spending crores of rupees is against his ideals. If this money was used to give scholarship to the tribal children of the state, it would be a true tribute to Amitabh Choudhary. In the notice, he also mentioned a company named ‘Divinity’ and sought information about the process of awarding the tender to it.
JSCA did not take permission from the family
Abhishek told that the JSCA did not hold any talks with him or his family regarding the installation of the statue. Placing idols without the knowledge and permission of family members is a violation of personal property.

In this regard, JSCA secretary Debasish Chakraborty (Pintu Da) said that he has not received any notice so far. On receipt of the notice, it will be studied and then a reply will be given.

Chaudhary also played a major role in the construction of one of the finest cricket stadiums in Ranchi. Many international and domestic matches were played in these stadiums. Many matches of IPL and CCL have also been played here. He also served as the Joint Secretary of the BCCI and was also the Administrative Manager with the Indian team on a few occasions.
