However, telecom players are not liking this plan of the government. However, the government believes that at present, a large population is not able to enjoy the facility of mobile tariff at an affordable price. In such a situation, the idea of ​​low cost incoming calls and SMS only plans has been presented by the government to the telecom companies. This will help in adding new users. The incoming calling and SMS only pack can cost less than half of the regular plan.

Telecom companies are not liking the plan
Telecom players such as Jio, Airtel and Vodafone-Idea say that such plans will not help in increasing the average revenue per user (ARPU).
