He scored the winning goal against Kasimpasa SK on February 5, hours before the massive earthquake on February 6.
Hatayispor said that Atsu’s body was being sent to Ghana. “We have no words to express our grief,” the club tweeted. Earlier there was news that Atsu was pulled out safely from the wreckage, but it later turned out to be false.
