Hazaribagh: Jack Board Matric-Inter examination starts from today at 134 centres, in case of any problem call these numbers

Hazaribagh: Matric-Intermediate annual examination of Jack Board will start from today at 134 centers in the district. The district administration has made preparations in collaboration with the education department for the successful conduct of peaceful and malpractice-free examinations. Prohibitory order 144 will remain in force within a radius of 100 meters of all the examination centers of both sub-divisions, Sadar and Barhi. Candidates have been completely banned from bringing copies, books, mobiles and other electronic items to the examination centre. Matriculation examination will be held in the first shift. Intermediate examination will be taken in the second shift. More than 300 teachers have been made invigilators for security at the examination centres.

More than 60 magistrates are on deputation. Flying squad team has been formed. An examination cell has been set up in the DEO office. Five personnel have been appointed in the examination cell. An examination cell has been formed, whose mobile number 9142795606 has been issued. In case of any problem related to the examination, you can lodge a complaint on this number. The examination will be conducted under CCTV surveillance. CCTV has been improved at almost all the examination centres. Senior officers including BDO will conduct surprise inspections at block level examination centers from time to time. In case of emergency, cooperation of local police will be taken. A police force of four each has been deployed at all the examination centres. Apar Collector Santosh Kumar Singh is the nodal officer for the supervision of the examination.

Regarding the preparations, on Monday, DEO Upendra Narayan said that preparations are being made for the successful conduct of the examination. About 300 teachers have been sent to their respective designated examination centres. Even after this, necessary guidelines have been issued to all BEEOs in case of need of speculum. Immediate action will be taken on complaints of misconduct during the examination. A WhatsApp group of officers engaged in examination duty has been formed by adding the center superintendents. Drinking water, toilets, electricity for lights, necessary and essential facilities for disabled and visually impaired students have been provided at all the examination centres. Complaints of parents or anyone else will be taken seriously.
