By winning the second test against England, the Indian team has leveled the series at 1-1. After losing in Hyderabad, Team India won by 106 runs in Visakhapatnam. Now both the teams have got a break of 10 days before the third test. The third match will start in Rajkot on 15 February. Team India’s biggest concern regarding that match is whether veteran batsman Virat Kohli will be able to make a comeback or not. At the same time, when will wicketkeeper Ishan Kishan be available for selection. Coach Rahul Dravid has given a big update on this.
On Kohli’s availability, Dravid said that the selectors will have to be asked about it. The Indian coach said, “It is best to ask the selectors about this. The selectors will be in a better position to tell you as they are going to announce the team in a few days. We will connect with them and find out.” Kohli had withdrawn his name from the first two Tests due to personal reasons. Former South African captain AB de Villiers, his teammate in Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), revealed that Virat’s wife Anushka Sharma is pregnant and is about to give birth to a child.
