On the basis of aggressive innings of Ruturaj Gaikwad, Sanju Samson and Rinku Singh, India scored 185 runs for five wickets when sent to bat first. In response, Ireland’s team could only manage 152 runs for 8 wickets. In which Andrew Balbirnie scored 72 runs in 51 balls.

India won the rain-affected first T20 match by two runs using the Duckworth-Lewis method. In the second match, captain Jasprit Bumrah, famous Krishna and Ravi Bishnoi took six wickets together.
Krishna sent Ireland captain Paul Sterling and Lorcan Tucker to the pavilion in his first over. At the same time, leg-spinner Bishnoi dismissed Harry Tector on a googly. Ireland’s score was 31 for three after the powerplay.
Taking the front alone, Balbirnie scored 71 runs in 51 balls with the help of five fours and four sixes. Mark Adair played an inning of 23 runs in 15 balls. Earlier, the start of the Indian innings was very aggressive when opener Yashasvi Jaiswal hit two fours and a six off Josh Little.

Tilak Verma failed for the second consecutive match as well and was caught by Barry McCarthy near the boundary to George Dockrell. India’s two wickets had fallen for 35 runs, after which Samson and Gaikwad shared a 71-run partnership for the third wicket to take India past 100 runs in the 12th over.
The Indian team for the Asia Cup is to be selected on Monday and in such a situation, Samson has also presented his claim by playing a brilliant innings. Gaikwad, playing the role of his ally, gave him the maximum strike. Samson smashed Josh Little in the 11th over, scoring 18 runs which included three consecutive fours.
