Mukesh was once struggling with malnutrition
Mukesh was suffering from malnutrition and also had ‘Bone Edema’ in which excessive water collects in his knee which makes him unable to play the match. But former Bengal fast bowler Ranadeb Bose changed his life. In the ‘Vision 2020’ program of Bengal Cricket Association, Bose saw Mukesh’s talent. Though he failed in the trials, Bose convinced the then CAB secretary Sourav Ganguly. After which the Sangh took full care of his food and drink and got his MRI done, arranged for his medical expenses.
