Visakhapatnam. Team India has made a strong comeback in the 5-match Test series against England. India won the second match by 106 runs and leveled the series 1-1.

Thanks to three wickets each from off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin and fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah, India defeated England by 106 runs in the second Test match.

England showed an aggressive approach to chase 399 runs, but achieving such a target is always a difficult task. He continued his aggressive approach, but this time he was not successful, and was out for 292 runs in 69.2 overs.

Bumrah, whose spell of 6-45 gave India a crucial lead of 171 runs in the first innings. Was the hero of the victory with his spell of 3-46 in the second innings.

Bumrah took 9 wickets for just 91 runs in the Visakhapatnam Test. Which is the second best figure for an Indian fast bowler against England.

Ashwin bowled well in Vizag, taking 3 wickets for 72 runs and is now just one wicket away from reaching 500 Test wickets.

Axar Patel, Kuldeep Yadav and Mukesh Kumar took one wicket each to lead India to victory in Visakhapatnam, recovering from a 28-run defeat in Hyderabad.

The next match of the series will be held on February 15 at the SCA Stadium in Rajkot.

England scored 127 runs in the morning session on the fourth day of the second Test. But, also lost five wickets, including top scorer Jack Crawley for 73 runs. Due to which India came in a strong position to win the match.

Initially the Indian bowlers struggled with their lines as Jack Crawley and Rehan Ahmed batted brilliantly. However, on the fourth day, the Indian bowlers had the upper hand.

The batsmen of the English team looked over aggressive in the first session. Due to this the team lost wickets continuously. The result of which was that till lunch on the fourth day the score of the English team was 194/6.

On one hand, England had a big target in front of them. At the same time, India needed only 4 wickets after lunch. The England team lost wickets at regular intervals in the match, but did not change its batting approach. The Indian team got full benefit of this.

The team scored 253 runs at a run rate of 4.53 in the first innings and 292 runs at a run rate of 4.21 in the second innings. Whereas, the Indian team scored 396 runs in the first innings at a run rate of 3.53 and 255 runs in the second innings at a run rate of 3.24.
