During the ongoing Legends League Masters cricket tournament in Qatar, when an Indian fan handed over the tricolor to him, Afridi gave his autograph on the flag and unknowingly made a big mistake here. The Indian national symbol has been insulted.

In fact, a video has been posted from the official Twitter handle of Cricket Pakistan, in which Shahid Afridi fan signs the tricolor obeying a security guard Indian fan. Actually, many things are written in a very clear way in the 2002 Indian Flag Code, which tells what we can and cannot do with the National Flag of India. First of all, nothing can be written on the flag, so Afridi has broken a big rule by signing it. At the same time, touching him with his feet also came under the ambit of insult.

According to the rules, no letters can be written on the flag. Burning, damaging, verbally or verbally abusing any part of the tricolor shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years, or with both. By the way, this is not the first time that Shahid Afridi has given an autograph on the tricolor on the demand of an Indian fan, earlier he had done something similar during the ice cricket tournament in Switzerland.
