While he was dreaming of winning the World Cup, Inzamam-ul-Haq has taken a decision on his career as soon as he became the chief selector. Sarfaraz would hardly have expected this.
Sarfaraz played the last ODI against South Africa in 2021, while played the last T20 match against Bangladesh in the same year. He played 117 ODIs in his career, scoring 2315 runs at an average of 33.55. This includes two centuries and 11 half-centuries.
