According to BCCI source AANILA, ‘There is no possibility that IPL will be played outside the country. Lok Sabha elections and IPL uproar happen simultaneously. Women’s Premier League will be held in Delhi, Bangalore or both cities.
BCCI has been organizing the Women’s Premier League (WPL) since last year. At that time, everyone would have been playing in one city. The games were played on various grounds in Mumbai. The first competition received a good response. Therefore, to make the competition more attractive and exciting this time, BCCI has decided to organize WPL in both cities. For this, Delhi and Bangalore cities have been selected. Mumbai Indians, Delhi Capitals, Royal Challengers Bangalore, Gujarat Giants and UP Warriors are the participating teams in this tournament.
