Lucknow. It was celebration time in the dressing room of Royal Challengers Bangalore as the team pulled off a thrilling 18-run win against Lucknow Supergiants despite posting a modest score of 126.

Virat Kohli could not hide his happiness after this victory and said that this victory has come at a very important time for the team. He rejoiced after the victory, saying, “It’s a sweet victory. Enjoy it.”

Kohli further said, “It was an important win for us. We got more support from the crowd than the home team, which is unbelievable. It shows how much we are loved as a team and people coming to the stadium to support us.” Let’s do it. It’s a sweet win, which is very important for many reasons. We believed we could do it.”

Bengaluru supporters thronged the stadium in huge numbers even though it was an away match.

Kohli thanked all the fans in Bengaluru who kept the team’s morale high in such an important match.
