Rinse off excess toothpaste:
Once you have applied toothpaste to all the scratches, wash off any excess toothpaste. Spray water on your car with a hose and then dry the area with a microfiber towel. You can also clean off excess toothpaste with a wet micro fiber towel.

You may have to use the toothpaste more than once to remove scratches from the surface.

Check the area to see if scratches are still visible and if yes, repeat the process once or twice as needed.
