But now such news has come from which Kiwi fans can heave a sigh of relief. Kane Williamson has returned to the field, he himself shared the video of it.
Sharing a short clip of him batting in the nets on his Instagram account on Tuesday, Williamson wrote, “Good to be back batting in the nets.”
Williamson suffered a leg injury while playing for Gujarat Titans in the opening match of IPL 2023 against Chennai Super Kings on March 31 in Ahmedabad. In his very first match of the season, Williamson fell while catching a catch at the boundary line. After that he went out of the field. He was ruled out of the remaining matches of IPL 2023 due to injury.
