Sirsa (Best Hindu News): On the second day of the first National Kabaddi Mahakumbh organized at Kutiyana village of Sirsa in Haryana on Sunday, the team of Darba Kalan defeated the team of Kutiyana by 53-30.
In other matches of the day, Randhawa defeated Bhadolawali by a margin of 62-27, while the team from Bhiwani defeated the team from Kirori by a margin of 37-28 to enter the next round. The team from Kurukshetra defeated the team from Dadoli (Hisar) by a margin of 45-28.
Village sarpanch Kiran Vinod Bangadwa welcomed all the players and guests. Om Prakash Dudi, Sarpanch representative of Jamal, Kavita Bainiwal, Anshan Kumar Sangwan, Sarpanch of Chaharwala, Udaypal Dhillon, Sarpanch of Rupawas specially participated in the inauguration of the second day’s games.
Bangadwa told that Kabaddi Mahakumbh has been organized in the village to keep the youth of rural areas away from drugs. He told that on the first day, District Deputy Commissioner Partha Gupta and Political Advisor Anurag Dhanda participated in the inauguration of the competition. Many dignitaries including Dewan Saharan Shakkar Mandori, Jagatpal Ratan, Sahab Ram Mali, Om Prakash, Rajendra Kumar, Ramkumar Ronjogo were present on this occasion.
