Lucknow Metro painted in the colors of IPL

Lucknow (Best Hindu News): The city of Nawab Lucknow, which is hosting the Indian Premier League (IPL) for the first time, is witnessing tremendous enthusiasm among cricket lovers. For the convenience of cricket lovers during the matches, Lucknow Metro has announced to continue its operations till 1230 hrs on the day of the match.
In this sequence, the operation of metro trains started on the theme of Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) on Thursday. Team CEO Col Vinod Bisht along with LSG’s Karan Sharma, Yudhveer Singh and Mohsin Khan and UP Metro Rail Corporation MD Sushil Kumar inaugurated the train at Airport Metro Station. Not only this, he also traveled to KD Singh Babu Stadium with cricket loving children, young players and cricketers of the team.
During this, his enthusiasm was being seen. Many children even took selfies with the players and took autographs. Senior Metro officials said that during the late night matches at Ekana Stadium during the IPL season, these LSG themed trains will run till 12.30 am and will run on their regular timings for the rest of the day.
Special arrangements have been made for cricket lovers to reach the Ekana Stadium during day-night IPL matches. Joining hands with the LSG team management, the Lucknow Metro team is also ready to cheer and support the Lucknow Super Giants. The metro management will run three special metro trains decorated on the LSG theme for the spectators to watch the match. Not only this, a selfie contest is also being launched by Lucknow Metro and lucky winners will stand a chance to win specially signed LSG T-shirts by the players.
