I saw Ashwin live for the first time on TV at a paan stall in our town during the India-West Indies series.
He told- I worked at a tea stall in Fatehganj area for more than a year. My club helped buy new cricket shoes and some others gave cricket kits. It was very difficult to play cricket during the day and work in the evening. Now my parents are very happy. Given the extra preparation that Australia is going to do for India, it remains to be seen whether the spinner will be with the team during the series. On the other hand, with this news, Pithia is dominating domestic cricket.

He made his T20I debut for Baroda in October 2022 against Andhra. His Ranji Trophy debut came against UP in December last year. Pithia has 8 sixes in four matches.
