Miami Open: Tsitsipas in fourth round, Medvedev gets walk over

Miami | After getting a bye in the first round and a walkover in the second round, world number three Stefanos Tsitsipas of Greece finally took the court on Monday evening to beat Chilean qualifier Cristian Garin in three sets 6-3, 4-6, 6-4. Defeated and entered the fourth round of Miami Open.
The Greek player withdrew from Acapulco with a shoulder injury and lost in the first round at Indian Wells. He received a first round bye in Miami and a walkover in the second round against France’s Richard Gasquet.

Medvedev will next face Quentin Hellis of France, who beat Mackenzie McDonald of America 7-6(2), 6-3 in one hour and 41 minutes.
