The case has been registered against Mihir Diwakar and Soumya Vishwash. Diwakar reportedly signed an agreement with Dhoni in 2017 to run a cricket academy at the world level, but did not stick to the terms mentioned in the agreement. Diwakar was supposed to pay Arka Sports franchise fees and share the profits, but he did not do so. Dhoni has suffered a lot due to this. It is being told that Dhoni has suffered a loss of Rs 15 crore due to this.
MS Dhoni sent notice to Arka Sports
After not following the conditions, Dhoni sent a notice to Arka Sports on 15 August 2021. Along with this, the rights given to Arka Sports were cancelled. Dhoni had sent several notices against his business partner, but still it was of no use. Dayanand Singh, who represents MS Dhoni through Vidhi Associates, has given this information. He told that Arka Sports has cheated him. Due to this, MSD has suffered a loss of Rs 15 crore.
