But when this did not happen, Dhoni withdrew the authorization letter from Arka Sports on 15 August 2021 and also sent legal notices to suffer. But there was no response, finally a case of fraud was filed on Dhoni’s behalf.
Mihir is a former under-19 player, born in Siwan, Bihar, Mihir is 41 years old and has played 39 first-class and 36 List A matches between 1999 and 2009. He was also part of the Indian team for the 2000 Under-19 Cricket World Cup. He was also a right-handed batsman and medium fast bowler. Friend had filed defamation claim against Dhoni
After filing a case against Dhoni’s friend Mihir Diwakar, Mihir had termed these allegations as baseless and defamatory. Mihir had also filed a defamation case against Dhoni in Delhi High Court. Now Mihir Diwakar has got a big shock in this matter. Mihir Diwakar has been arrested in Noida and Soumya Das in Jaipur. This arrest has been made under sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of IPC. Jaipur Police Commissioner has also confirmed the arrest.
