No one who won these Lok Sabha seats of Jharkhand could become a minister, know which region has given the maximum number of ministers.

Ranchi, Manoj Singh: At the time of united Bihar, there were 54 Lok Sabha seats. Most of the tribal dominated seats were in Jharkhand region. After the formation of the state, Jharkhand is left with 14 Lok Sabha seats. In this, 5 seats are reserved for Scheduled Tribes and one seat is reserved for Scheduled Castes.

MPs who won from these seats of Jharkhand have not become ministers yet

The special thing is that till date not a single MP from Rajmahal and Singhbhum seats reserved for Scheduled Tribes (ST) has been able to become a minister. No MP who won from Giridih and Jamshedpur unreserved seats has had the privilege of becoming a minister till now.

Lohardaga Lok Sabha constituency has given the maximum number of Union ministers.

The MPs who won from Lohardaga (ST) seat have got the maximum opportunity to become ministers. Since the time of United Bihar, till now about a dozen MPs who won from this part have got the opportunity to become ministers.

4-4 ministers are made from Lohardaga

4-4 MPs who won from Lohardaga seat in Jharkhand have got a chance to become ministers in the central government. Karthik Oraon was the first minister from here. He was the Minister of Aviation in the Central Government. After Mr. Oraon, who studied engineering, his wife Sumati Oraon was also an MP from Lohardaga.

Sumati Oraon, wife of Dr. Karthik Oraon, became minister at the Center twice.

Dr. Karthik Oraon’s wife Sumati Oraon also became a minister in the central government. She was the Minister of State for the Department of Social Welfare and Environment in the Government of India. He got a chance to become a minister twice.

Dr. Rameshwar Oraon became minister in Dr. Manmohan Singh’s government.

Dr. Rameshwar Oraon, a 1972 batch Indian Police Service officer who won from the same Lok Sabha constituency, was also a minister in the Central Government. In the government of Dr. Manmohan Singh, he was responsible for the Welfare Ministry. Sudarshan Bhagat, who won from the same seat, was also the Minister of State for Agriculture in the Government of India in the year 2014.

Subodh Kant Sahay of Congress is the only MP to become a minister at the Centre.

Similarly, among those who won from Ranchi seat, only Subodh Kant Sahay got the chance to become a minister. He was a minister in the central government several times. He was also the Minister of State for Home in Chandrashekhar’s government. Later he was also the Minister of Information Broadcasting, Tourism and Food Processing. He remained a minister continuously in the government of Manmohan Singh. The wife of IPS Randhir Verma, who won from Dhanbad seat, was also a minister. She was a minister in the government of Atal Bihari Vajpayee.

Chatra Lok Sabha MP Nagamani was also a minister at the Center

Nagamani, who won from Chatra parliamentary seat, was also a minister in the Government of India. He became a minister in the government of Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Jagdambi Prasad Yadav, who won from Godda parliamentary seat, was also a minister in the central government.

Godda MP Jagdambi Prasad becomes health minister in Morarji government

Jagdambi Prasad Yadav, who won from Godda, was the Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare in Morarji Desai’s government. Koderma seat also got the post of minister for the first time after the last elections. BJP’s Annapurna Devi, who won from this seat in 2019, has been made the Minister of State for Education in the Central Government.

Palamu MP Kamala Kumari also became a minister at the Centre.

Two MPs each from Hazaribagh and Khunti have become ministers.

Yashwant Sinha was the Finance Minister of the Government of India in the government of Atal Bihari Vajpayee. His son Jayant Sinha was given the responsibility of Minister of State for Finance in Narendra Modi’s government.

Khunti MP Kadiya Munda became Union Minister several times.

Similarly, Kadiya Munda and Arjun Munda from Khunti Lok Sabha seat got a chance to become ministers at the Centre. Kadiya Munda was a minister in the central government several times. He was also the Deputy Speaker of the Lok Sabha. Arjun Munda, who won from this seat for the first time in 2019, was made the Welfare Minister in the Central Government.

Arjun Munda, Babulal Marandi and Shibu Soren also became ministers at the Centre.

Arjun Munda was also given the charge of Agriculture Minister later in Narendra Modi’s government. Shibu Soren and Babulal Marandi, who won from Dumka parliamentary seat, also got a chance to become ministers at the Centre. Shibu Soren became the Coal Minister and Babulal Marandi became the Minister of State for Environment.
