Lahore. Pakistan men’s cricket team will tour Ireland to play a T20 series for the first time since 2018 as the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced the schedule of the three-match series.

All three matches of the series will be played at Castle Avenue, Dublin from 10 to 14 May.

Pakistan last toured Ireland in 2018 for the inaugural Test match. This was the last time the two teams met across all formats.

This series will be the first multi-match bilateral T20 clash between Pakistan and Ireland. Before this, the two teams had met only once in the shortest format in a one-off match in 2009.

A two-match T20 series was scheduled for July 2020, but the tour could not go ahead due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Before the Ireland series, the Men in Green will host New Zealand in a five-match T20 series starting on April 18.

After the conclusion of the Ireland tour, Pakistan will face England in four T20 matches between May 22-28.

Schedule of Pakistan’s tour of Ireland-

10 May: 1st T20 match, Dublin

12 May 2nd T20 match, Dublin

14 May: 3rd T20 match, Dublin
