Mumbai (Uttam Hindu News): The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has included Tilak Verma and Arshdeep Singh in the India A team for the last two four-day matches against England Lions in Ahmedabad. The center of attention is T20 sensation Rinku Singh, who is set to make his India A debut after his stint as a reserve player with the Indian Test team in South Africa.
With 43 first-class matches and an impressive average of 58.47, Rinku’s expectations are high. His Uttar Pradesh teammate Yash Dayal has also got a place in both the teams against England Lions.
Jharkhand’s Kumar Kushagra, a wicketkeeper-batsman, has joined the squad along with additional keeper Upendra Yadav in place of KS Bharat and Dhruv Jurel, who have been called up for the senior team’s Test matches against England.
