Ahmedabad: Shubman Gill had put three Fifty this season in the world’s largest Narendra Modi Stadium. In the last match played at the same ground, he missed a century by six runs and returned to the pavilion unbeaten on 94 runs. He finally managed to score his maiden IPL century against Sunrisers Hyderabad on the night of 15th May. Gill played a strong innings of 101 runs. With his century, the defending Gujarat Titans became the first team to qualify for the playoffs.
