New Year Organizing Committee meeting was held at KKN Stadium regarding organizing the program on Hindu New Year in Deoghar. It was presided over by former president Kanhaiya Jha. In the meeting, it was decided to take out a grand procession from KKN Stadium from 2 pm on 8th April.

The Shobha Yatra will start from the stadium, pass through Bajla Chowk, Bajrangi Chowk, Rai & Company Turn, Station Road, LIC Office, VIP Chowk, Tower Chowk Market, Shiksha Sabha Chowk, Mandir Mor and then end at Shivlok. Where Hanuman Chalisa and Prasad distribution ceremony will be performed. It will be conducted under the supervision of Abhishek Mikku of Bajrang Dal.

An economic committee has also been formed in the meeting, whose responsibility will be to provide financial assistance from the people.
