This plant of Taiwan’s Pegatron has about 10,000 workers and is capable of manufacturing about 5 million iPhones annually. Let us tell you that Tata Group is increasing its capabilities in iPhone manufacturing in India. Tata Group may soon make a big deal in this direction. Tata Electronics is in talks to acquire a major stake in the Indian plant of Apple’s manufacturing unit Pegatron. This deal can be completed by July-August.
