Deoghar: More than 125 policemen have been put on duty to maintain traffic order during Shivratri fair. Traffic station in-charge Michael Koda will be in senior charge of traffic. Adequate number of police forces were deployed on duty for all three shifts at all entry prohibition points to maintain law and order. For big and small vehicles of devotees coming from outside, vehicle stops have been made at Baghmara interstate bus stand, Hathgarh ground of Kunda police station area and Charkipahadi remand home ground. SDO S Baral has also issued an order while approving the proposal presented in this regard by traffic station in-charge Michael Koda. According to the information, the stoppage of small and big vehicles of devotees coming to Deoghar from Jamui and Sultanganj of Bihar. Interstate bus stand has been built in Baghmara. Trains of devotees coming from Jamui side will enter Baghmara Stand from left from Tawaghat turn of Jasbdih, left from Kumaitha Stadium Road, right from Devpura turn, via Sultanganj Road Gidhni and left from Ranga turn. Trains coming from Sultanganj Road will also enter Baghmara stand on the left from Ranga turn via Gidhni. Trains coming from Dumka Basukinath will proceed from Hindolavaran Road to the left Tapovan Road, from Ujala Chowk to Purana Kunda Thana Road to the left Koriyasa Bypass Road. Trains coming from Bhagalpur-Hansdiha will enter Hathgarh Maidan from Chapa Mod, Hindolavaran on Dumka Road, via Tapovan Road, Ujala Chowk on the left, Koriyasa Bypass Road on the left in front of Purana Kunda police station. Trains coming from Sarath-Sarwan will turn left into Koriyasa Bypass Road before Purana Kunda Police Station Chowk and reach Hathgarh temporary stop. Devotee vehicles coming from Giridih-Devipur will enter from Koriyasa turn on the right and reach Hathgarh Maidan.

The order will remain in effect till 12:30 pm on March 9.

To avoid the problem of traffic jam in the city on Shivratri, entry of heavy vehicles will be prohibited in the city till 12:30 am on March 9. The route has also been diverted during this period.

Heavy vehicles, buses, trucks, tractors and other goods vehicles coming from Dumka side will turn left from Hindolavaran of Mohanpur police station area and go towards Giridih via Tapovan Road, Charkipahari, Ujala Chowk, Purana Kunda police station turn and Koriyasa Chowk. From Giridih side All incoming trains will turn right from Koriyasa and go towards Dumka via Purana Kunda Thana Mor, Ujala Chowk, Chadki Pahadi, Tapovan and Hindolvaran.

All vehicles coming from Rohini/Devipur will take Rohini Shaheed Dwar turn towards Jasidih. All vehicles coming from Chakai, Jamui, vehicles going towards Bhagalpur, Dumka, Godda will take left from Tabhaghat turn, Devpura mode. Right from Kothiya turn, left from Rikhiya Haat turn, right from Dumka Mohanpur.

All the vehicles coming from Chowpamod Bhagalpur/Godda will turn left from Chowpamod, right from Hindolavaran and will go towards Rohini via Tapovan, Charki Pahari, Ujala Chowk, Purana Kunda Mod and Koriyasa Chowk. All the vehicles coming from Sarwan/Sarath will Right from Purana Kunda police station turn, via Ujala Chowk, tapovan will turn into Hindolavaran.

All the vehicles coming from Sultanganj side will go towards Mohanpur market via Rikhiya Ashram on the left from Kothia turn.

No entry points outside the city: Chaupa Mod, Hindolavaran Mod, Ujala Chowk, Purana Kunda Thana Mod, Kanijor Basti Mod, Bumpass Town Mod, Devsangh Mod, Koriyasa Chowk, Rohini Shaheed Dwar (Mehar Garden), Tabaghat Mod, Kumeitha Stadium Mod, Jatahi Mod, Deoghar College Mod, Ranga Mod, Darshaniya Mod, Bhurbhura Mod, Bilasi Mod, Baijnathpur Mod, Shaheed Ashram Mod, Naulakkha Temple Mod.

Point prohibited from entering the temple area: Jalsar Mod, Joda Talab, Mansinghi Mod, Bharti Hotel, Shivram Jha Chowk, Hindi Vidyapeeth Mod, Sita Hotel, Milan Palace Mod, both sides of Shivganga Water Filter, Lakshmipur Chowk, Pani Tanki Mod, Meena Bazaar Mod, Tower Chowk, Congress Mod , Patel Chowk, Hadhadiya Pul Mor, Tiwari Chowk Mor.
