Third National Physical Disability T-20 Cricket Championship-2023 starts, Udaipur News in Hindi

Udaipur . ‘We are definitely disabled but we are not defeated by life, we will show our vivacity on the field.’ With this spirit, the Third National Physical Disability T-20 Cricket Championship started on Thursday at the Field Club ground. This 11-day championship is being organized under the aegis of Narayan Seva Sansthan in collaboration with Rajasthan Royals and Differently Abled Cricket Council of India (DCCI). Last year’s champion Jammu and Kashmir and The championship started with the opening exhibition match between India XI.

During the introduction to the guests, the players said that although they are disabled, they are not defeated by life. We have come here to prove this through our game. On this occasion, Chief Guest Divisional Commissioner Rajendra Bhatt said that if there is any disability in the body, then God also gives something in the form of unlimited potential, which takes the person to great heights. He told the players to play with their heart. Their struggle should be for progress and victory, this spirit will make them famous in the mainstream.

In the beginning, Institute President Prashant Aggarwal welcomed the guests, players, officials, coaches and umpires of Differently Abled Cricket Council of India and gave information about the national sports competitions for disabled people organized by the institute in the last 6 years. He said that the all-round development and rehabilitation of the disabled is the main objective of the institute. The last organized National Wheelchair Cricket Championship has been registered in the Guinness Book of World Records. DCCI Secretary Ravikant Chauhan said that 24 teams from different states of the country are participating in this championship, among which there will be 60 league matches in four groups.

DCCI Joint Secretary Abhay Pratap Singh said that international standards have been adopted in the championship, there will be a boundary of 66 meters, the match will be played with leather ball and each team will get four runners. Man of the series will be given a scooter. It has been performed on a separate stage on the inauguration grounds. During the inauguration, DCCI official Nitendra Singh, senior officers of Punjab National Bank Surendra Kumar Vishwakarma, Praveen Kumar, Devendra Meena, Sarang A of Union Bank were present as special guests. Jhanjhar, Ishwar Chaplot, Kamala Devi of Deendayal Kedia Institute, Vandana Aggarwal were present. Arrangement was done by Mahim Jain.

On Friday – Jammu Kashmir vs West Bengal Field Club, Haryana vs Mumbai M.B Ground, Madhya Pradesh vs Karnataka B.N College Ground, Vidarbha vs Hyderabad Narayana Sports Academy, second innings Delhi vs Orissa Field Club, Tamil Nadu vs Jharkhand M B Ground, Maharashtra vs Himachal Pradesh B.N College Uttar Pradesh vs Chandigarh matches will be held at Narayan Sports Academy. The first shift is from 9 to 12 in the morning and the second from 1.30 to 4.30.
