Agra (Best Hindu News): Jaya Bhardwaj, wife of Indian cricket team member Deepak Chahar, has accused a former Hyderabad Cricket Association official and his son of cheating. The firm of the accused is operated by the name of Parikh Sports and Shop in Agra. It is alleged that the father-son duo cheated Rs 10 lakh in the name of partnership in the shoe business. A case has been registered in Hariparvat police station here.
Lokendra Chahar, father of Deepak Chahar, a resident of Mansarovar Colony of Shahganj police station area, told the police that his daughter-in-law Jaya Bhardwaj, through Dhruv Parikh, owner of Parikh Sports and Shop, had entered into an online legal agreement for partnership in the footwear business of his father Kamlesh Parikh. 10 lakh was given to the accused through net banking from Sanjay Place. After this, his intentions got spoiled and he has grabbed the money.
The complaint states that the accused Kamlesh Parikh was the former manager of state cricketer teams in the Hyderabad Cricket Association, while Dhruv Parikh operated a firm named Parikh Sports on MG Road in Agra. On demanding the money back, the accused are threatening citing their high reach. By registering the case, Hariparvat police station is investigating.
