Ranchi: Celebrated the festival of Easter (Resurrection) with reverence and faith. Worship took place in the churches of the city. Believers from the GEL Church, NWGEL Church and CNI Church participated in the special service held at the cemetery. On this occasion, the priests explained the essence of the resurrection of Jesus. The believers placed garlands on the graves of their relatives and lit candles and prayed. After the service everyone got immersed in Easter celebrations. Wished each other a happy Easter. Enjoyed dishes like Arsa, Nimki, Cake. Youth were seen dancing in the localities.
यीशु का जी उठना नयी घटनाओं की शुरुआत : आर्चबिशप
संत मरिया महागिरजाघर में सुबह 7:30 बजे आराधना हुई. आर्चबिशप विसेंट आईंद ने विश्वासियों से कहा : प्रभु यीशु की क्रूस मृत्यु से लेकर उनके पुनरुत्थान (जी उठने) तक कई तरह की घटनाएं हुईं. और जो घटित हुआ वह नयी शुरुआत और नया जीवन है. यीशु मर गये थे और अब वे फिर कभी नहीं मरेंगे. हमारा बपतिस्मा यीशु का मरण है. हम उनके मरण में एक होते हैं और उनके नये जीवन में भी एक होते हैं. कब्र में यीशु के शव पर इत्र का लेपन करने गयी महिलाओं से सबसे पहले सिमोन पैत्रुस और योहन को उनके पुनर्जीवित होने का समाचार मिलता है. पर योहन ने जहां यीशु के पुनरुत्थान पर विश्वास किया, पैत्रुस ने अविश्वास किया. सुसमाचारों से पुनर्जीवित यीशु कई लोगों को दिखायी देते हैं. उनके शिष्यों को जो उनके क्रूस मृत्यु से डरे और सहमे हुए होते हैं, उन्हें वे दिखायी देते हैं. आर्चबिशप ने कहा कि हमारे जीवन में यीशु प्रकट हो यह जरूरी नहीं है, पर जीवन में ऐसे संकेत जरूर मिलते हैं कि वे जीवित हैं. 2000 साल बाद भी हमलोगों को ऐसे साक्ष्य मिलते हैं और हम उन पर विश्वास करते हैं. यीशु की उपस्थिति से चेलों की निराशा खत्म हो गयी थी और वे बिना डरे उनके जी उठने के समाचार का प्रचार करते हैं. हम भी पुनर्जीवित यीशु की शक्ति को अनुभव करें और अपने में परिवर्तन लायें, ताकी हम भी साक्षी दे सके.

On the basis of the words of the Bible, he said that God says that I kill and also make alive. I am the one who injures and also heals. He said that while death came through man, resurrection of the dead also came through man (Lord Jesus). The Lord gives us the message that do not be afraid, I am the first and last resurrection. I have the keys of death and Hades. They say the sting of death is sin. Therefore I told you that if you do not believe in me, you will die in your sins. Therefore, it is important that we strengthen our faith in that Lord. During the worship, believers commemorated the resurrection by placing garlands and lighting candles on the graves of their loved ones.

यीशु का जी उठना मसीहियों के विश्वास का मूल आधार : मॉडरेटर
गोस्सनर कंपाउंड, कब्रिस्तान
गोस्सनर कंपाउंड स्थित कब्रिस्तान में रविवार को बड़ी संख्या में विश्वासी ईस्टर की आराधना में शामिल हुए. परिजनों की कब्रों को फूलमालाओं से सजाया और मोमबत्ती जलायी. आराधना का संचालन बिशप सीमांत तिर्की ने किया. मॉडरेटर बिशप जोहन डांग ने कहा कि प्रभु यीशु मसीह जी उठे हैं. यह पर्व सभी संसार के मसीहियों के लिए आशीष और विश्वास का मूल आधार है. जब प्रभु यीशु मसीह की कब्र में सुबह-सुबह बहनें इत्र का लेपन करने जाती हैं, तो वहां उन्हें स्वर्गदूत मिलता है. उसने उन बहनों को संदेश दिया कि यीशु आज जी उठे हैं और जो जी उठा है उसे तुम मुर्दों में क्यों खोजती हो? यह संसार के लिए आनंद का संदेश है. मॉडरेटर ने कहा कि हमारा मसीही विश्वास कहता है कि हम भले काम करते हैं, प्रभु यीशु के मार्ग का अनुसरण करते हैं तो हम भी न्याय के दिन मृत्यु के बाद जी उठेंगे. प्रभु कहते हैं : सत्य, मार्ग और जीवन मैं हूं और ईश्वर द्वारा ही हम स्वर्ग राज्य में जा सकते हैं. यीशु सच में जी उठा है. इससे पूर्व स्मरण पत्थर से कब्रिस्तान तक शोभायात्रा निकाली गयी.
